Give this a go, every morning repeat these 8 affirmations to yourself, set an alarm on your phone to remind yourself to do this activity. Really focus on what you are saying, say them aloud and with belief! I actually recorded my affirmations on voice memo so every day I listen to my own voice telling me my affirmations and I find that really powerful.
