On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 you have seriously low energy, you’re dragging yourself out of bed each morning, 5 you have good days and bad days your energy levels go up and down like a yo yo, 10 you get out of bed feeling as fresh as a daisy every single morning with motivation and a zest for life, where are you on that scale, possibly you are a 3 or a 7? If you are anywhere under 8 then you really want to look at ways to pull you up higher on that scale as life is too short to be feeling anything but your best.
I know for me I thought the way I felt was normal until I made lifestyle changes and my energy improved and I realised then that most people feel the same way but I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be that way.
Changing your diet and your lifestyle to incorporate more raw fruit and veg, more water, more sleep, more movement will have such a positive impact on your energy levels as well as your mind and body.
Green leafy veg, Bananas, Eggs, Apples, Avocados, Popcorn are all examples of energy boosting food. Yerba mate and Water are great energy boosting drinks.
Sleep really affects our energy levels, if you’re not getting the required amount of sleep your body needs or a good quality sleep then it’s no wonder you struggle to get up in the morning and find it hard to have the motivation you so desire. Again food, water, exercise will have an impact on your sleep, it all has a knock on effect, so to see a change you need to make a change and these are all free and simple ways so you can start making a change today.
The sooner you start the sooner you’ll see an improvement. This past year for the world has been difficult enough without you not feeling your best, let’s take action now so that you can start to feel like you again and improve your energy levels.
